JAL Group Suspend Services at Nagoya (Komaki) Airport

JAL Group will suspend scheduled services at Nagoya (Komaki) Airport on and after March 27, 2011.
JAL Group's counter at Nagoya (Komaki) Airport will be closed on March 27, 2011 accordingly.
We wish to thank the kind patronage bestowed on us by the customers at the airport.
JAL code share flights operated by Fuji Dream Airlines (FDA) will continue operating after March 27,
so we will be looking forward to serving you on code share flights.
*Please be informed that check-in at Nagoya (Komaki) airport for JAL code share flights is available at FDA counter.
Changes or refunds of tickets for the affected routes will be handled as follows.
We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the suspension.
Changes or Refunds of Domestic Tickets

Changes or refunds of domestic tickets will be handled by or at the following:
- 1. JAL Website or JAL Domestic Reservations and Information
*Except tickets purchased with other than cash or credit cards. These types of tickets will be handled at 2 or 3 below. - 2. JAL Group domestic airport counters or city ticket counter (Tokyo/Yurakucho)
- 3. JAL Domestic Ticket Assist Service (available from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily)
*Tickets to be changed or refunded are accepted by mail, and the required transactions will be processed according to customers' requests.
