The Change of Passenger Service Facilities Charge at Haneda Airport
Haneda Airport will change the conditions of Passenger Service Facilities Charge as follows.
■Effective Date
For tickets issued on/after 08OCT10 and for travel on/after 21OCT10
■Passenger Service Facilities Charge
Passenger Service Facilities Charge amount for international departure will be changed. Also Passenger Service Facilities Charge will be charged for passengers transiting from international flight to international flight at Haneda Airport on the same calendar day.

*Transit must be within the same calendar day.
■Refund of Passenger Service Facilities Charge difference for international departure
For tickets issued on/before 07OCT10 for travel on/after 21OCT10 , the amount difference (JPY40/JPY20) will be refunded at Service Desk in Travel Insurance Counter
located on the 3rd floor of Haneda Airport New International Terminal.
