Note the following when using this service

• You cannot use this service without applying in advance. Please be sure to make your application within the stated application period after completing your JAL return flight reservation (code share flights operated by other airlines are not eligible). You cannot apply at the airport.
• The limousine will take you to only one specified destination. You cannot make stops prior to your final destination. This service can only be used from one airport. This service cannot be used jointly from more than one airport.
• The free delivery service area is limited. This service cannot be used outside of the service regions.
• If you choose to use the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line it will be at your own expense.
• Passengers whose return flight destination is changed due to inclement weather or other circumstances will be unable to use the limousine service.
• Please contact the JAL reservation center (US/Canada: 1-800-525-3663, Europe: 44-20-7408-0744) 48 hours beforehand (local time) if you change your return flight reservation after departing from Japan or if you have not set your return JAL flight as of the day before during office hours departing Japan. Also, please be advised that limousine requests will not be accepted within 48 hours of departure for the return flight.
• This service is operated through a contract with the MK Group or Higashi kotsu Inc. or Shoei Limousine Service Co., Ltd. JAL will cover the cost of travel from the airport to the destination indicated, including highway tolls. Cannot specify the company.
• The limousine is a Crown/Cedric class vehicle. You cannot specify the type of limousine.
• Smoking is prohibited in all limousines.
• Under the provisions of the Premiums and Representation Law, customers who apply for this service may become ineligible to receive other offers or promotions run by JAL over the same period.
