Please make your application (as instructed below) after booking your JAL return flight and at least one business day before your departure from Japan.
The limousine transfer is smooth and comfortable. After arrival, simply make your way to the specified meeting point and your appointed limousine will be waiting for you.

Please contact the JAL reservation center (US/Canada: 1-800-525-3663, Europe: 44-20-7408-0744) 48 hours beforehand (local time) if you change your return flight reservation after departing from Japan or if you have not set your return JAL flight as of one business day before departing Japan. Also, please be advised that limousine requests will not be accepted within 48 hours of departure for the return flight.
Note the following when using this service
- ● You cannot use this service without applying in advance. Please be sure to make your application within the stated application period after completing your JAL return flight reservation. You cannot apply at the airport.
- ● The limousine will take you to only one specified destination. You cannot make stops prior to your final destination. This service can only be used from one airport. This service cannot be used jointly from more than one airport.
- ● The limousine is a Crown/Cedric class vehicle. You cannot specify the type of limousine.
- ● Smoking is prohibited in all limousines.
- ● Under this service, JAL assumes the cost of the limousine service (including highway tolls) from the airport to the JAL-specified destination in accordance with the transport contract with the MK Group or other partner company.
- ● The free delivery service area is limited. This service cannot be used outside of the
service regions.
- ● If you choose to use the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line it will be at your own expense.
- ● You cannot use this service if your return flight is re-routed to a different airport because of adverse weather or other causes.In this case, please apply for the JAL IC Coupon 15,000 JP following the proscribed procedures.

Please proceed to the JAL Okaeri LIMO Service meeting point (given below) within one hour of arriving at the airport. The driver will direct you to the limousine.
- * Please present your JAL Mileage Bank card (or JAL card) at the meeting point for confirmation.

To receive the JAL IC coupon, you must have a JAL IC Card or an IC-equipped mobile phone* when you apply.

* Please switch to a JAL IC Card (JMB IC Card or JAL IC Card with IC service function) if you do not have one. To make use of an IC-equipped mobile phone, you must download and install the JAL IC service application.

By April 30, 2010(postmarked before or on this date)
- * Please mail the completed application form on the right to our office within one month of your return to Japan.
- * Your JAL IC account will be credited with the JAL IC gift coupon at the end of the month following the month of receiving the application form and verifying its details. You may refer to the JAL IC coupon page to confirm your account has been properly credited.
- * JAL IC coupon will be valid through to the end of the same month one year after JAL IC coupon was created to your IC coupon account.
Note the following when applying for the JAL IC coupon
- ● Applications are limited to the person who used the flight ticket and boarding pass.
- ● Documents included in the application cannot be returned.
- ● Customers who have used the JAL Okaeri LIMO Service are not eligible to apply for this offer. Please be aware we may not award the JAL IC coupon if the limousine reservation has not been canceled by the deadline.
- ● Please note that if a JAL IC coupon cannot be credited within a year due to the JAL IC Service not being renewed or issued, the coupon will become void.
- ● Please contact the Service Office if extra copies of the application form are needed.

2. Mail in application
Print and fill in the application form.
Attach a roundtrip boarding pass (copies are acceptable) or an e-Ticket stub issued in the same name as the applicant.
Mail the completed application form with attached pass or stub to the JAL Okaeri Service Office (address below) within one month of return to Japan.
- * Glue the postage address label on page 2 of the PDF file to the upper left corner of the envelope. Envelopes with this label do not require additional postage.
