Changes to JAL Mileage Bank System

FLY ON Point conversion rate will increase when flying Asia/Oceania route.Flight mileage accumulation rate for international flight and calculation formula of flights bonus mileage will change.

Changes to international flight mileage accumulation rate

April 1, 2013[Flight date] ～

Flight mileage accumulation rate s for international flight Economy Class individual fares will change to suit each price range.
The reputable Dynamic Saver will be divided into 3 accumulation patterns.

  • * When using Individual Inclusive Tour Fares applicable to the package tour with booking class N, the mileage accumulation rate is 50%.
  • *1 [Members who have flight tickets for April 1, 2013 (flight date) or later which was booked and ticketed prior to December 31, 2012]
    Accumulation rate will be 70%.
  • *2 [Members who have flight tickets for April 1, 2013 (flight date) or later which was booked and ticketed prior to December 31, 2012]
    Accumulation rate will be 50%.

Changes to calculation method for JALCARD members-only Bonus mile

April 1, 2014 [boarding date] ～

The calculation method for JALCARD member・JGC member*award "Flight Bonus Miles"
will change.It will be easier for you to accumulate mileage when travelling First Class and Business Class.
*Members with JGC JALCARD (with credit function) are eligible.

Mile-UP Bonus accumulation rate for JMB FLY ON members who travel often will increase 5%.
The calculation method will also change, and you can accumulate more mileage when travelling with First Class and Business Class!

Changes to FLY ON Point conversion rates

January 1, 2013[Flight date] ～

FLY ON Point conversion rate will increase to 1.5 times when flying Asia/Oceania route JAL flight to and from Japan.
It will be easier for Asia/Oceania route users to achieve FLY ON Status.

FLY ON Upgrade Package was introduced as a specific award for FLY ON Status members who fly often. We have set international routes which bring benefits to the required mileage for upgrade. You can use as many times as you like without any limitation on the frequency of use.
