How to Request Post-Flight Credit

If you did not mention your JMB membership number before your flight, or if you find a discrepancy in the mileage reported in your Mileage records, you may request post-flight credit.

The requests for post flight credit (except Bonus mileage) will be accepted prior to enrollment if the request is made within 6 months after the flight.
Post Flight credit is required in the following cases;

  • ・When boarding on a flight before your JMB card is received, after your application for enrollment in JMB.
  • ・If you did not mention your JMB membership number before your flight.
  • ・If you find a discrepancy in the mileage reported in your Mileage records.
  • ・When your flight mileage is not accumulated after your flight even though you have taken necessary steps to register your flight mileage.
  • ・When you request to accumulate in the JMB program, your flight mileage of certain flights in your itinerary.

How to request Japan domestic post-flight credit

By JAL Web site
Post-Flight Credit for JAL group domestic flights is accepted from 3 days after boarding, and until 6month from your flight date.
Please refer to "How To Request Post-Flight Credit" in JAL Mobile Site for your request by mobile phone (The mobile site is available only in Japan Region).

Requests will be accepted by phone or mail (post).

Note:
To request post-flight credit for JAL code-share flights operated by Jetstar Japan, please contact or send necessary documents to JMB Center or reservation desk of your membership registration.

How to request international post-flight credit

By JAL Web site
Post-Flight Credit for JAL international flights is accepted from 5 days after boarding, and until 6 months from your flight date.

Post-Flight Credit is also accepted by mail.

* Passengers who used a JAL Mobile Boarding Pass for direct boarding (called QuiC)
do not have to send their JAL Online Boarding Passes to be credited mileage.

(3) Memo showing your JMB membership number (7 or 9 digits), full name, registered address, telephone number and date of birth.
  • * As documents sent to the JMB Center cannot be returned to you,
    retain copies of the necessary documents until you can confirm that the mileage has been properly credited to your account.
  • * Post flight credit requests made without submitting the necessary documents cannot be accepted.
