Award reservations will be accepted by phone from 10:00 (Japan time), 330 days prior to flight departure (not including the day of departure) until 24 hours prior to the departure of the first flight sector (departure city time).
If the above deadlines fall outside the operating hours of the Call Center or JAL Office, the deadline will be the previous business day.
Depending on the partner airline, award bookings may be accepted within 330 days prior to the date of departure.
Awards for partner airlines must be requested after all flights in the itinerary are open for booking.
At the time of making your reservation, you must have the total amount of mileage required for award redemption in your JMB account. If you do not have enough miles, you will not be able to make a reservation.
Miles will be deducted and the award ticket issuance process will be started immediately upon completion of the award reservation/request.
On some partner airlines' flights, in-flight services (meals, drinks, blankets, etc.) are available only upon paying a fee.
The JMB International Award Reservations Desk/JMB Center cannot accept pre-orders for such products and services offered by other partner airlines.
