How to use TOKYU TOP & Awards

TOKYU TOP & Awards allow JALCARD and TOKYU card members to exchange 10,000 miles for ¥10,000 TOKYU points. TOKYU TOP & Awards are for JALCARD, TOP & ClubQ card and TOP & ClubQ JMB card members only. TOKYU points can be used for the payments at TOKYU point member stores and exchanged for the prepaid card – PASMO card.

Required Mileage for an Exchange

10,000 miles are exchanged for 10,000 TOKYU points.
  • *Exchange unit is 10,000 miles.
  • *No restriction on the number of exchanges per year.

How to Apply for and Receive Awards

Check the number of miles in your account.

Apply

Apply to exchange accumulated miles in your JMB mileage account for TOKYU TOP & Awards.

JAL Website

Cardholders of JALCARD TOP & ClubQ, TOP & ClubQ JMB Cards can apply for awards online at www.jal.co.jp/.(available only in Japanese) You are required to provide your JMB membership number and 6-digit PIN number when applying for an award.

  • *The awards are exchanged in units of 10,000 points.
  • *It takes about two to three weeks for exchanging the mileage to TOKYU points.
  • *The TOKYU points are valid for two years from the date of redemption.

Use

TOKYU points can be used for payments at TOKYU point member stores and exchanged for shopping coupons and a variety of goods.

Notes on Awards Usage

  • Exchange from mileage to TOKYU Points is possible only on the same card.
  • Members who have been registered for JALCARD Family Program can combine milleage and the conbined mileage can be exchanged to TOKYU points.
  • Please note that the locations accepting JAL COUPON awards differ from those accepting TOKYU TOP & Awards.
    For more information about TOKYU points member stores and the usage of TOKYU Point, click here(available only in Japanese).
  • You cannot apply for TOKYU TOP & Awards at JAL Mileage Bank Japan region member office, JMB Award reservation desk, JAL reservation and information, JAL Group City Ticketing Offices, airport air ticket sales counters, or stores of JAL card, TOKYU card, and TOKYU group, etc.
  • The mileage once deducted cannot be refunded to your JMB mileage account.
    *Note: Not eligible for unused mileage refunds.
