Redeeming Milege Odakyu Point Awards (Exclusive to JALCARD OP CREDIT Card Members)

How to use Odakyu Point Awards

Odakyu Point Awards are for JALCARD OP CREDIT card members only. Odakyu Point Awards allow JALCARD OP CREDIT card members to exchange 10,000 miles for Odakyu points equivalent to ¥10,000. Odakyu points can be used for the payment at Odakyu Point service member stores and for related services.

Required Mileage for an Exchange

10,000 miles are exchanged for 10,000 Odakyu points.
  • *Exchange unit is 10,000 miles.
  • *No restriction on the number of exchanges per year.

How to Apply for and Receive Awards

Check the number of miles in your account.

Apply

Apply to exchange accumulated miles in your JMB mileage account for Odakyu Point Awards.

JAL Website

Cardholder of JALCARD OP CREDIT card can apply for awards online at www.jal.co.jp/.(available only in Japanese)
You are required to provide your JMB membership number and 6-digit PIN number when applying for an award.
  • *The awards are exchanged in units of 10,000 points.
  • *It takes about one week for exchanging the mileage to Odakyu points.
  • *The Odakyu points are valid during each point accumulation period and for 3 months after each point accumulation period ends.

Notes on Awards Usage

  • Exchange from mileage to Odakyu points is possible only on the same card.
  • Members who have been registered for JALCARD Family Program can combine mileage and the combined mileage can be exchanged to Odakyu points.

  • Please note that the locations accepting JAL COUPON awards and e JAL POINT awards differ from those accepting Odakyu Point Awards.

  • You can not apply for Odakyu Point Awards at JAL Mileage Bank Japan region member office, JMB Award reservation desks, JAL reservations and guidance, JAL Group City Ticketing Offices, airport air ticket sales counters, or stores of JALCARD, and all Odakyu Group stores.
  • The mileage once deducted cannot be refunded to your JMB mileage account.
    *Note: Not eligible for unused mileage refunds.
