Redeeming Milege nimoca Point Awards (JMB nimoca Card Holders only)

How to use nimoca Point Awards

"nimoca Point Awards" allow JMB nimoca card holders to exchange 10,000 miles to 10,000 nimoca points, which is equivalent to ¥10,000. "nimoca Points" can be used to take Nishitetsu trains, buses as well as purchasing of goods at selected shops around Fukuoka area.

Required Mileage for an Exchange

10,000 miles can be exchanged for 10,000 nimoca point
  • * The minimum exchange unit is 10,000 miles.
  • * Only two exchanges within a maximum of 20,000 miles can be made a year (April to the following March)

How to Apply for and Receive Awards

Check the number of miles in your account.

Apply

Apply to exchange accumulated mileage in your JMB mileage account for nimoca points.

JAL Website

Cardholders of JMB nimoca card can apply for awards online at www.jal.co.jp/.(available only in Japanese)
You are required to provide your JMB membership number and 6-digit PIN number when applying for an award.
  • *The minimum exchange unit is 10,000 nimoca points. You can exchange JMB mileage for a maximum of 20,000 nimoca points.
  • *The points are issued about one week after the exchange procedure is completed.

Use

"nimoca Points" can be used for purchasing of goods at nimoca point service participating shops.

Notes on Awards Usage

  • For more information about nimoca Point, check the nimoca website(available only in Japanese)
  • Application for nimoca awards cannot be made at the JMB Award Reservation Desk,
  • JAL Reservation and Information, JAL Group City Ticket Counters nor Airport Ticket Counter.
  • nimoca points cannot be returned to your JMB mileage account.
  • "Mileage Reinstate Service for Unused Awards" is does not apply to these nimoca points.
