A fee-based, in-flight Wi-Fi connection service that supports passengers' smartphones, notebook computers and other wireless LAN devices.
Upon connection through Wi-Fi, you will be able to enjoy browsing the web, checking your email, and updating social media networks.
Each electronic coupon entitles you to unlimited Wi-Fi access during your flight.
In February, customers with unused coupons will be identified. These applicable customers will be sent an email informing them that inflight Wi-Fi will be offered free of charge and that their miles will be refunded to their respective JMB accounts.
In early March, 1,200 miles will be credited to each applicable customerís JMB account.
Starting from February 1, inflight Wi-Fi will be offered free of charge on all domestic flights operated on JAL SKY NEXT aircraft. In connection with this free Wi-Fi access, In-Flight Wi-Fi Coupon Awards will be discontinued for domestic flights accordingly.
Please switch your device to Airplane Mode (*) before the cabin doors are closed for departure.
(*) This setting has different names depending on the device and carrier. Other names include Self Mode, OFF Mode, Offline Mode, Flight Mode, and Personal Mode.

When you open your browser, the In-flight Wi-Fi site will automatically be displayed.
Enter the user name and password provided to you and enjoy your in-flight internet connection.
