If the flight to and from Japan is a JAL international flight, you can purchase tickets which include flight sectors of other airlines.

The amount paid by e JAL POINT including tax, insurance surcharge, airport facility fee and fuel surcharge cannot be refunded for members' reasons.
To purchase domestic/overseas tours
You can purchase on JAL's website and JAL mobile site (Domestic JAL Dynamic Package only).
When purchasing tours on JAL's website or JAL mobile site (Domestic JAL Dynamic Package only), you can use e JAL Point in combination with credit card and other JMB awards.
* There are restrictions on combined use. Please confirm at the time of reservation.
Payment for domestic/international tours will be accepted for "10yen" or more and in units of "1yen".
In case of cancellation after payment or change of course and departure date, e JAL Point cannot be refunded regardless of whether the cancellation fee was paid or not.
* This does not apply when the tour is cancelled.
The member who pays with e JAL Point (representative) will be required to participate in the tour.
e JAL Point for multiple members cannot be pooled within the same reservation record.
Others
You cannot exchange for cash. Also, the amount paid by e JAL POINT cannot be refunded.
You cannot omit the procedure to exchange mileage for awards and allocate your mileage for the payment directly.
e JAL POINT is a JMB award, thus it is only limited to payment by the member. In terms of use, the member, member's spouse and member's relatives within the second degree are eligible.
Itineraries which don't include the member who pays by e JAL POINT are also applicable.
