JAL Coupons cannot be used at travel agencies.
JAL Coupons cannot be used for the payment of hotel stays and/or meals, which have been reserved through travel agencies (including online reservation and online travel agency).
No change will be returned if the amount of JAL COUPONs exceeds the purchase price.

A sample list of purchases/items for which JAL COUPONs are not eligible :

• Domestic tickets which do not specify the name of the passengers such as 6-trip multiple trip tickets etc.; taxes and airport fees involving international travel; JALSHOP mail order items; JAL Gift; any items purchased at the following JAL Group companies: JALCARD, JAL Plaza, Blue Sky, JAL/DFS Duty Free Shoppers, etc.
• Tickets purchased only through JAL website.
• Tour products that make use of flights other those of the JAL Group Airlines.
• JAL Dynamic Package products
• Tour products planned and operated by JAL Sales.

Mileage can be redeemed from 20,000 miles (30,000yen equivalent) minimum.
Requests for more than 20,000 miles are possible with additional units of 10,000 miles (15,000yen equivalent).
*A maximum of 100,000 miles may be redeemed for JAL COUPONs at one transaction.

*From October 1st, 2012(application date), JAL COUPONs valued at ¥12,000 (JPY2,000 × 6 JAL COUPONs) may be redeemed with 10,000 miles.

The validity will be good for 13 full months and starts from the first month following the month in which the mileage was exchanged into the JAL COUPONs. Please take note of the actual validity that is printed on the front of each JAL COUPONs. Please be aware that once the JAL COUPONs have expired they cannot be used under any circumstances.
Example: JAL COUPONs redeemed in May2008 are valid until June 30, 2009.

No change in either cash or mileage will be given if the amount of JAL COUPON exceeds the purchase price. There are some restrictions applied to persons who can use JAL COUPONs and locations where members can use JAL COUPONs and when you return purchased items, etc.

The individuals who can use JAL COUPONs are specified in our JMB 'Rules & Conditions' Item 2. In case an individual other than the member will use the award, the user may be asked to show proof of relationship to the member.

• Please make sure you have enough mileage in you JMB account by checking the balance.
• Request for JAL COUPONs can be made by dialing our Automated Telephone Service or via JAL's website.

• ◆JAL COUPONs will be sent only to your JMB registered address in Japan. The coupons will be sent via registered mail only.
• ※Note that normally it will take approximately 1 week to receive your coupons once you have requested them.
  However, it may take 2 or 3 weeks if requested in January this year. We suggest you request your awards as much in advance as possible.
• ◆JAL COUPONs cannot be reissued.
• ◆JAL COUPON is not transterable and cannot be sold.
• ◆Once mileage has been redeemed, it cannot be returned to your JMB account, nor can you exchange JAL COUPONs into other awards. This is regardless if your awards have not been sent or if your have not used them yet.
  'Mileage Reinstatement Service' for Unused Awards cannot apply to JAL COUPONS.
• ◆Please note that the places and goods for which JAL IC COUPON is used differ from those of JAL COUPON.
• ◆No refund will be processed once JAL COUPON has been used.
• ◆No change will be given.
