Please present your JMB card or JALCARD and mention that you wish to receive mileage credit on your JMB account.
When checking into the following hotels, please show:

Please make sure you receive a hotel receipt made out in your name.
3.Mileage accumulated from hotel stays will be reflected in your account within 2-3 months.
Until your mileage has been credited to your account, please retain hotel receipts issued in your name.

If you did not request mileage credit at the time of check-in, or you forgot to present your JMB card or JALCARD, or if you find a discrepancy in your Mileage records, you may request post-stay hotel credit by sending necessary documents to the JMB Center of your membership registration.
