JMB DIAMOND members and JGC PREMIER members can make reservations for JAL Group domestic award tickets 2 weeks and 2 months in advance.
The advance booking service is applicable to itineraries with a period of 2 weeks or less between the 1st and the 2nd flight sectors.
The reservation acceptance date will be 2 weeks and 2 months prior to departure date of the 2nd flight sector.

(Japan Region members)

• * Reservations will be accepted from 9:30 am(Japan time) of the first reservation acceptance date.
• * When making reservations by telephone, you can only make reservations using the "DIAMOND/PREMIER Reservation Desk"

(Overseas Region members)

• Online reservation
• Reservations through JMB Center of your region.

• * Reservations will be accepted from 9:30 am(Japan time) of the first reservation acceptance date.

JMB DIAMOND/JGC PREMIER members (including membership qualification during the introductory period.), their spouses, relatives within the 2nd degree of relationship and spouses of brother-in-law and sister-in-law.
* JMB DIAMOND or JGC PREMIER members must request this service by themselves.

All JAL/JTA/JAC/RAC routes

Regular seat

• * As booking for the followings is not permitted through JAL website, JAL mobile phone site nor smartphone site, booking request must be made through the above mentioned reservation desk or JMB Center of members' regions.
• * Itinerary, which involves same sectors in the same direction twice
• * When flying on JTA/RAC neighbor island flights (3-4 sectors)
• * Booking for various campaigns can be applied to the advance booking service, if the reservation is made within the campaign period.
  For further details of the campaigns, please refer to campaign announcement page.
• * The number of seats available for award tickets may be limited.
  (On some flights, there may be no seats available for advance booking service on the starting date.)
• * In the case of using the advance booking service, booking will be accepted 2 weeks + 2 months prior to the boarding date of the 2nd sector (When using JTA/RAC neighbor island flights, the last flight sector).
• * When the interval between the first sector and the last sector exceeds 2 weeks, the advance booking service cannot be used.
