Domestic Flight Class J-e Coupon is an award where you can redeem Coupon for 2 sectors which allows you to upgrade from JAL Group domestic flight standard seat to Class J with 3,000 miles.
You can take procedures online such as JAL's website and JAL mobile site for upgrade to Class J.
Check-in procedure will be unnecessary at the airport on the flight date if you upgrade to Class J online. "JAL Touch & Go Service" is also available.
Handling by automatic check-in/ticketing machine is possible when there is vacancy for Class J seats on the day at the airport.

How to check the remaining number of Class J-e Coupon
Upon member login on JAL's website, you can check the remaining number from "Class J-e Coupon Service Menu" below.

Only the member, spouse and relatives within the second degree of relationship are eligible.
However, if you upgrade at the airport on the day, the member will need to present his/her JMB Card at the check-in counter.

All rates eligible for flight mileage accumulation are eligible. However, individual all-inclusive tour fares applied to package tours are eligible only when there is vacancy at the airport on the flight date.

• Use on JAL's website/JAL mobile site
  To purchase the flight ticket, please reserve Class J and select "Click here to use Class J-e Coupon" on the flight ticket purchase screen.

• Use at the airport on the day
  If there is vacancy for Class J at the airport on the day, members who purchased the standard seat flight ticket can fly "Class J" when procedure is taken at automatic check-in/ticketing machine.

The award is valid until the end of the 13th month including the month following the award redemption application date.
The award can be used for flying within the validity period.

• * You cannot fly with Class J-e Coupon only. You will also need the flight ticket for standard seat (flight ticket excluding Class J charge) separately.
• * You can change Class J-e Coupon to Class J Coupon (paper coupon). Please proceed to "Class J-e Coupon Service Menu" after member login, and change to Class J Coupon (paper coupon) upon confirming the Class J-e Coupon balance. The procedure requires a handling fee (500 miles).
• * Class J-e Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
• * When using Class J-e Coupon, flight mileage and FLY ON Points for Class J portion will not be accumulated.
• * Deduction of Class J-e Coupon can only be handled at Internet Reservation Service and airport counter (including automatic check-in/ticketing machine).
  Reservation on JAL's website and automatic check-in/ticketing machine are not available for reservations for domestic flight sector included in the international flight ticket. The procedure will need to be taken at manned counters.
  Deduction through internet reservation service will only be at the time of credit card payment. Other payment methods will not be accepted.
