Maintenance of surface condition |
| In order to prevent damage or scratch on its body, our warehouse crew will be equipped with gloves during handling. Protection material is used for the part that the vehicle and tie-down equipments will make contact. It will be loaded by itself and will not be combined with other cargo. Special attention to the keys will be applied during our custody. |

Inspection and information on outer package condition |
| Outer package of the cargo is inspected at departure and upon arrival and reported to you by e-mail (JTR). Information is also available on our website. |

| High priority to reserved flight. |

| Available within 60 minutes after arrival. |

Booked delivery |
| You can pick up shipment at your most convenient time (Within free storage period after a certain period of time after flight arrival). Contact us at the arrival airport in advance. |
