Conditions on the Use of this Service

Attention

The cargo acceptance time is 2 hour prior to departure time. When the price of the commodity is over 300,000 yen, export customs clearance is required, in which case the acceptance time is 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to departure time. When there are 5 or more shipments in total, please inform us in advance.

Commodities that cannot be handled

Hazardous materials, precious metals、perishables, cash, negotiable securities, articles with fear of endangering passengers and loads, fire-arms and swords, artworks, musical instruments, etc.
