If you cannot bring your shipments by the acceptance cut-off time, because they reach the airport late due to a delay in the production line or a traffic jam, they might be loaded on a flight the next day.

Shipments can be picked up 90 minutes after arrival, reducing the risk of a delay in the production line, etc.

Sometimes, shipments cannot be loaded on the booked flight due to Allowable Cargo Load (ACL) exceedences caused by an increase of passengers or baggage, or fuel owing to weather conditions, etc. As space is confirmed at booking and loading is guaranteed on the booked flight, you can avoid risks of offloading due to ACL exceedences, and make an efficient and sure transportation plan.

At reservations, you will be informed of the acceptance cut-off time at the departure airport, and delivery time at the arrival airport. We guarantee to transport your shipments according to this forwarding plan.
