Postponement of Volume Rule Change Implementation

This is to advise you that the changes to Resolution 502( Volume Rule ) can still not be declared effective due to necessary Government approvals remaining outstanding regardless we had advised before that the expected implementation date was 1 October 2003. Adequate lead time for implementation of the changes will be provided after receipt of all necessary Government approvals. A definite implementation date will be informed.
