Generally speaking, export customs clearance, arrangements for ground transportation to the airport, Air Waybills, etc. are required to transport international cargo. Depending on the commodity, special transportation may be required, for which you will be required to prepare related documents according to applicable laws and regulations of each country.

As procedures are diverse and complex, reservations with the airline are generally made through an air cargo forwarder. For details, please inquire with an air cargo forwarder or a our sales office.

You can also make reservations online, if requirements are satisfied. Basically, after the reserved flight is fixed, you may bring your cargo to the departure airport.

The airport is congested especially at peak hours, so bring your cargo to the airport early.

If you unknowingly bring cargo that is actually a hazardous article (dangerous goods) or cargo with defective packaging, it may have negative effects, such as causing cargo damage or deformation or threatening human lives and flight safety, and we may not be able to accept your cargo.
Please check in advance before delivering your cargo to our airport office.

Your cargo is built-up on ULD (Unit Load Devices) inside the airport warehouse facility and loaded onto the reserved flight. Please check below for specifications and the environment of the cargo compartment, ULD dimensions, weight limitations, etc.

After your cargo is loaded onto the aircraft and safety is confirmed, the aircraft departs towards its destination.
After flight arrival, your cargo is unloaded from the ULD inside the arrival warehouse facility and stored safely.
