When carrying onboard pets, a reservation is necessary to prepare the aircraft transportation environment.

Rules governing the importation of pets differ depending on the country.
Please check information on animal quarantine (e.g. export or importation restrictions, necessary documents) with the embassy of the country of destination or quarantine office of the arrival airport.
Customers are requested to prepare necessary documents in advance.

Want to forward dangerous good by air cargo.

Articles which harm the health of customers, crew and staff at airports, or threaten safety in aircraft operations, or endanger aircraft, airport facilities, etc. as stipulated by the Civil Aeronautics Law of Japan and other applicable laws and ordinances are called 'dangerous goods. ' An aircraft is a type of sealed room that flies in low air pressure and at high altitudes, and articles which do not seem to be hazardous on the ground may actually be dangerous goods.

Dangerous goods may be transported as air cargo, excluding those that are prohibited from loading onto aircraft, provided that the following conditions for packaging, documentation, etc. in accordance with applicable laws and ordinances are satisfied.

  • Stored in a container in quantities less than the specified amount, and packaged appropriately, e.g. given proper labelling and marking.
  • Customers are requested to submit a Dangerous Goods Declaration providing information on the dangerous goods to the airline on their own responsibility.
