After completing embarkation procedures, you can spend the time until departure in our comfortable airport lounge.
You can check in at our dedicated Premium Economy service check-in counter. Only Business Class counters are available at the airports where the Premium Economy check-in counters are not located.
In addition to regular Economy Class meals, we will provide additional services such as cup noodles, ice cream and champagne.

- * British Airways (BA) operated code share flights are also eligible.
- * American Airlines (AA) operated code share flights are not eligible.
- * Available until the end of August on the Narita to San Francisco and Narita to Moscow routes, upon which introduction of the Boeing 787 is planned.
- The number of available Premium Economy seats is limited. If the number of reservations exceeds the number available, passengers will be provided with regular Economy Class service. However, they will still be able to participate in the Lounge Service Trial Campaign on the following routes to Europe and America.
- In the event of a change to the scheduled aircraft, Economy Class service will be substituted if the replacement aircraft does not have Premium Economy seating.
(Please be aware that we may not be able to inform you of this in advance.) - Cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns.
- If the applicable lounge is crowded, we may offer you the use of an alternative lounge (e.g. a lounge shared with another airline).
- Mileage will be credited at 100%, the same as with Economy Saver.
- Please be aware that when using Premium Economy services from United Kingdom to Japan, the tax may be different from that of Economy Class.
- When you board a code share flight operated using another company's aircraft, services are provided by the operating company.
