How to web check-in American Airlines flight

Web check-in for American Airlines' flight is available from 24 to 2 hours prior to departure.

Start from JAL's Web Check-in Service

Please refer to "How to use JAL's Web Check-in Service"

Step.1

Select Flight

Customers connecting from American Airlines’ flight to Japan Airlines’ flight

<Customers who already have a seat assignment for Japan Airlines' flight >

Click the blue button [Web Check-in for this flight at AA website] and it will automatically redirected to American Airlines' website. You can print boarding passes for both American Airlines' flight and Japan Airlines' flight.

<Customers who wish to select a seat or change their seat assignments>

At first, click the red button [Select] and start checking-in of Japan Airline's flight at Japan Airline's site.
After web checking-in for Japan Airlines flight, log in Japan Airline's website again and click blue button [Web Check-in for this flight at AA site] The web page will move to American Airlines web check-in site.
You can not select or change seat of Japan Airlines' flight if you start from American Airlines website. Seat will be assigned automatically by system.

Check-in at American Airlines Website

After selecting your seat, check your name and make sure to complete the required information. Web check-in will be performed if you click CHECK IN.

* The reserved seat number of Japan Airlines' flights will not be displayed on American Airlines website.

Step.4

Issuing Boarding Pass
Check [PRINT] and click [PRINT BOARDING PASS] to print Boarding Pass.
