Surfboards, Windsurfing Equipment

The following excess baggage charges apply to surfboards and windsurfing equipment, regardless of the total number of pieces of checked baggage. (except flights to/from Australia, New Zealand or Denpasar)
A set of windsurfing equipment includes one windsurfing board and a mast, boom and sail.
Bodyboard equipment will not be handled as sports equipment, it will be handled as a normal checked baggage.

Flights Condition Excess Baggage Charge
Flights to/from Australia or New Zealand The checked baggage including your surfboard or windsurfing equipment is within the total weight limit for the free baggage allowance. No charge
The checked baggage including your surfboard or windsurfing equipment is over the total weight limit for the free baggage allowance. Excess baggage charge applies to the amount weighing in excess of the checked baggage allowance.
Flights only between Japan and Denpasar Special campaign for surfboards (Japanese)

Flights to/from other locations

1st surfboard The length of the board is not exceeding 277cm An excess baggage charge equivalent to 5 kg applies.
The length of the board exceeds 277cm An excess baggage charge equivalent to 8 kg applies.
2nd of more surfboard If you have 2 or more surfboards, the second one is applied for the normal excess baggage charge.

Bicycle

*Bicycle should be single seat or tandem seat and non-motorized.

The bicycle is included in the normal free baggage allowance, and the normal excess baggage charge applies when it exceeds.
