International Terminal

  • On the 4th floor, there are Royal lounge, stairs/elevators, toilets and food court.At the 3rd floor boarding area, there are check-in counters, JAL's airport baggage delivery service counter (ABC), waiting rooms for groups, toilets, elevators, stairs/elevators and airport information counters.Once you pass through security area, customs and immigration screening, there are stairs/elevators, elevators and toilets in gate lounges.

Departure regulations

Check-in

Please present your airline ticket and passport at the JAL counter dedicated to your class.

Security check

Your carry-on baggage will be X-rayed.

Immigration

Please show your completed immigration card, passport, and boarding pass.
(Japanese citizens are not required to complete an immigration card.)

International Terminal

  • On the 2nd floor, there are International Flight transit area, toilets, elevators, bus gates fro arriving passengers and stairs/escalators.Once you pass through quarantine, immigration screening and customs, there are baggage claim,JAL's airport baggage delivery service counter (ABC), toilets, elevators, stairs/elevators and airport information counters.

Arrival regulations

Quarantine

Customers arriving on flights from Brazil and Vietnam should submit the health questionnaire handed out on the aircraft.

Immigration

When leaving the country, please fill in the immigration card stapled to your passport, and present the card and your passport for inspection.
(Japanese citizens are not required to complete an immigration card.)

Baggage Claim

Please check the information board to find the baggage carousel for your flight number.

Customs

If you have nothing to declare, proceed to the green inspection table. Show your passport and undergo an inspection by an official. You may be asked questions about your destination and purpose of travel.
If you are carrying items exceeding the tax exemption range, proceed to the inspection table with the red light.
All passengers must submit a customs declaration form, regardless of whether they have anything to declare or not.
