On the 2nd floor, there are stairs/escalators to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor, there are immigration screening, toilets, immigration screening and baggage claim. Once you pass through customs, there are toilets.

Arrival regulations

Immigration

Japanese citizens do not require a visa for stays of 30 days or less if the purpose of the visit is tourism. When passing through Immigration, please present your passport, immigration card and customs declaration (the immigration card is on the front and the customs declaration is on the reverse), and your return air ticket. One half of the immigration card will be returned to you, and must be retained until your departure.

Baggage Claim

After you have completed Immigration, please retrieve your baggage from the carousel. Usage of baggage carts in arrivals is free of charge.

Customs

After collecting your checked baggage, please proceed to the Customs counter. If you have any items to declare, please declare them to an official.

* The import of more than one pack of 20 cigarettes is subject to taxation.

Pets

Prior reservation is necessary if you wish to bring your pet, as the transportation environment within the aircraft needs to be prepared.

Please also be sure to check with the embassy or quarantine station at your destination for animal quarantine information such as import restrictions and required documentation.

On the 1st floor, there are check-in counters, stairs/elevators to the 2nd floor and toilets. On the 2nd floor, there are immigration control, security and toilets.

Departure regulations

Check-in

The check-in counter is on level 1 of the terminal building.

After checking in, please take the items of luggage you wish to check in to the baggage check. Please go to the departure tax payment station to pay the US$20 departure tax (children under 3 free) and US$30 green tax (Environmental Protection Fee), with the total payable being US$50 per person. Payment can be made by credit card or in cash.

Immigration

After completing the check-in procedure, please go to Immigration on level 2, and present your passport, your boarding pass, and the portion of the immigration card that was returned to you upon entry to the country.

Security Check

After Immigration, passengers are required to undergo security checks at the security checkpoint, where they must also present their carry-on luggage for X-ray.
