Check-in

Please have your checked baggage X-rayed, and then present your airline ticket and passport at the JAL counter dedicated to your class.

Security check

Your carry-on baggage will be X-rayed.

Immigration

Please show your completed immigration card, passport, and boarding pass.
(Japanese citizens are not required to complete an immigration card.)

  • Moving between terminals
    The new domestic terminal and the international terminal are around 200 meters apart. You can travel between them on foot.

  • On the 3rd floor, there are toilets, ,elevators, stairs/elevators from the 1st and the 2nd floor and quarantine area.Once you pass through quarantine and  immigration screening, there are elevators and stairs/escalators to the 1st floor.On the 1st floor, there are baggage claim area, customs, elevators, stairs/elevators to and from the 3rd floor.Once you pass through customs, there are toilets, elevators, stairs/elevators to the 2nd floor, airport information counters and currency exchange offices.You can find buses and taxis outside.

Quarantine

Customers arriving on flights from Southeast Asia, etc., should submit the health questionnaire handed out on the aircraft.

Immigration

When leaving the country, please fill in the immigration card stapled to your passport, and present the card and your passport for inspection.
(Japanese citizens are not required to complete an immigration card.)

Baggage Claim

Please check the information board to find the baggage carousel for your flight number.

Customs

If you have nothing to declare, proceed to the green inspection table. Show your passport and undergo an inspection by an official. You may be asked questions about your destination and purpose of travel. If you are carrying items exceeding the tax exemption range, proceed to the inspection table with the red light and submit a completed customs declaration form.
