EMBARKATION

Check-in

Present your airline ticket and passport at a JAL counter dedicated to your class on the departure lobby on the 3rd floor of the main building.

Security check

There is an X-ray inspection of your carry-on baggage and a body-check.

Immigration

Present your completed embarkation/entry card, passport and boarding pass. (Passengers with Japanese passports are no longer requested to fill out and submit their embarkation/disembarkation cards.)

At the 3rd floor Departure area, there are check-in counters, Self Check-in Machines, Smile-support counters, airport information couo nters and elevators. 
Once you pass through security and immigration control, there are stairs/elevators to shopping mall on the 4th floor, elevators, First Class lounge on the 4th floor, Sakura Lounge and stairs/escalators Sakura Lounge Sky-view on the 5th floor.
ENTRY

Quarantine

Passengers are asked to consult with quarantine personnel if you have any concern about your health.

Immigration

Upon embarkation, fill out an Entry Card with required matters and show your passport. ( Passengers with Japanese passports are no longer requested to fill out and submit their disembarkation cards.)

Baggage Claim

Go to the 1st floor to receive your baggage from designated carousel.

Customs

If you have nothing to declare, proceed to the green inspection counter. Show your passport and undergo a check by an inspector. You may be questioned about your destination, purposes and so on. If you have anything exceeding the extent of tax exemption, proceed to the inspection counter with a red lamp on.
All passenger entering Japan must present a “Declaration of personal effects and Unaccompanied articles” card to the customs inspector upon their arrival.

*Movement between the terminals

A convenient charge-free shuttle bus runs between international and domestic terminal every 3 to 5 minutes between 5am and 11pm everyday.*

  • *Shuttle bus service will be limited during the hour when no scheduled flight is in operation.

At the 2nd floor Arrival area, there are immigration screening and baggage claim. Once you pass through customs, there are airport information counters, elevators, Domestic Flight transit counters and TIAT Shower Room.
