JAPAN AIRLINES - JMB Important Address and Phone Numbers

Whenever you move from 1 JMB region to another, we ask that you promptly contact the JMB administration center in your new area of residence (and JALCARD, Inc. if you are a JALCARD Member) to advise your address change and take care of the necessary administration formalities.
Only 1 JMB membership number is to be issued to each JMB member. Regardless if you move from 1 country to another, you may still use the same number, so there is no need to reapply for membership.

If you are a JMB Card Member and move :

within Japan	Contact the JMB Center, Japan
move from 1 region to another	Contact the JMB Center in your new area of residence.

If you are a JALCARD Member and move :

within Japan	Contact JALCARD, Inc.
from Japan to another country	Contact JALCARD, Inc. as soon as your new address is confirmed.
from another country to Japan	Contact JALCARD, Inc. as soon as your new address is confirmed.
between other countries than Japan	Contact JALCARD, Inc. and the JMB Center in the new country of residence.

*Frequent flyer programs may not be permitted to operate in certain countries.

Your "JMB Registered Address" is the address to which the JMB Center will mail your awards, and announcement of changes to rules, etc. A member may have only one JMB registered address, either a home address or a business address.
Please choose the address at which you are sure to receive your mail.
Travel agency addresses are not acceptable.
NOTE THAT ALL CORRESPONDENCE (AWARD TICKETS, UPGRADE AWARDS, ETC.) WILL BE MAILED ONLY TO YOUR REGISTERED JMB ADDRESS.

* Your registered address must be in Japan for the Japan Region.
* Your registered address must be in a country in the North, Central and South America(including Hawaii) for the American Region.
* Your registered address must be in a country in 1 of the following areas :
Europe, the Middle East (west of Iran) and Africa for the Europe/Middle East/Africa Region.
* Your registered address must be in 1 of the following Asia/Oceania Region countries or territories :
China (including Hong Kong and Macao), Asia, Oceania

JMB Card Members	Contact the JMB Center, Japan. A new card will be issued.
JALCARD Members	IMMEDIATELY contact JALCARD, Inc., the affiliated card company and the police.
