Notice Regarding Phishing / Fraudulent Emails

We have received information that a number of "phishing" emails are being sent out to random individuals who do not have any recollection of purchasing a ticket on Japan Airlines. "Phishing" emails look legitimate by including company logos and URL. Please note that Japan Airlines will never ask you to provide personal information through email correspondence or contact you at random.

If you have no recollection of purchasing a ticket on Japan Airlines, please take the following action:

• 1) Do not respond to the email
• 2) Do not click on any URL (may include potential email viruses)
• 3) Do not open any attachment
• 4) Do not call any phone number listed on the email
