During this period, services relating to JAL International Award Tickets will be unavailable on the JAL website and customers will accordingly be unable to book, issue, change waitlisted reservations, or use the Seat Availability Check Calendar for these award tickets online.
The system will remain in operation and available for JAL international tickets, JAL International Upgrade Awards and Partner Airlines Award Tickets.
