  • 1. Pour 1/3 of mixed tendon sauce (*Sauce) on rice.
  • 2. Arrange tempura on rice and pour remaining sauce.
  • 3. Garnish with grated ginger.

  • 1. Arrange Kinshi tamago (finely sliced egg omelette) on rice, and then tuna, salmon and squid.
  • 2. Place white radish garnish and Oba, and then ikura (salmon roe) and tobiko (flying fish roe).
  • 3. Garnish with Japanese pepper.

Recipe

  • 1. Blanch the pork. Steam onions at 100C for 4 minutes.
  • 2. Saute mushrooms in butter.
  • 3. Saute pork and onions in oil. When pork is cooked, add seasoning, then cooked mushrooms.
  • 4. (*Sauce)Mix all ingredients and thicken with starch.
  • 5. Place rice on shredded lettuce, then ginger pork. Pour sauce on top.

  • 1. Saute sliced pork and sliced onion.
  • 2. (*Sauce) Mix ingredients and boil while stirring. (Don't lose flavor of Altbier.)
  • 3. Place finely sliced leek on rice, then cooked pork.
  • 4. Arrange sauerkraut around the pork.
