Accumulating JMB miles

1. Earn 50 JMB miles for every stay you book and complete via this page!
   This is the ONLY way to earn JMB miles for Rakuten Travel hotel reservations.
   Please note that during promotional campaigns, you will earn the number of JMB miles specified in the terms and conditions for each promotion.
2. Earn 50 JMB miles per reservation regardless of the number of guests, nights or type of room booked and occupied. The maximum number of JMB miles for multiple reservations on the same night is also set at 50 miles.
3. If more than one JMB member stays in the same room, miles will only be awarded to the designated group´s representative.
4. JMB miles will NOT be awarded if the group´s designated representative´s membership number and name are not provided or do not match our records when reservation details are submitted.
   Please be careful when inputting your data as information CANNOT be edited or added to after it has been submitted to our system.
5. JMB miles will be credited to the designated member´s account on the last day of the calendar month 1 - 2 months after final check-out for each eligible stay.
6. Please note that ONLY JMB Japan region members are eligible for this service.
