JMB Companion Fare - Great savings on round-trip, same route JMB Companion Fare when traveling in a group of 2 to 4 people with a JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) Member!

With expanded reservation periods, Booking online is more convenient than ever! Plan for your summer vacation! Booking between two months and 4 days in advance is available.

JMB Members - Only 10,000 miles per round-trip (5,000 miles less than the standard 15,000 miles) Each companion can travel for Period 1: January 5 to March 15, April 1 to July 12 and September 1 to 30. ¥20,000 to ¥30,000 per round-trip (* ¥9,800 or ¥14,000 on select routs.)Period 2: March 16 to 31, July 13 to August 9, and August 19 to 31 ¥20,000 to ¥35,000 per round-trip (* ¥9,800 or ¥14,000 on select routs.)

Note: If the outbound and inbound dates fall in different time periods, the total fare will be the sum of each one way during the respective time periods.(e.g. For a trip between Tokyo and Okinawa (Naha), where departure is September 3 and the return on August 31, the total amount is 27,500 yen.

Terms and Conditions

  • Booking and ticket purchase is only available from our Online Booking and Purchase.
    Please login with the JMB member who will be purchasing the ticket by using accumulated mileage.
    JMB member may purchase the ticket by using member's accumulated mileage.
    Accompanying companions may purchase the ticket by credit card.
  • Please purchase your ticket within the day of booking.
  • The number of available seats is limited. This discount fare may not be applicable to all flights.
  • Wait listing service is not available. Seats may become available on a later date for fully booked flights, however, changes to booking cannot be made.
  • JMB Companion Fares are only applicable for groups of 2 to 4 passengers including a JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) Member where all group members travel round-trip, on the same route and same class.
  • JMB Member whose miles are being used for ticket redemption will not be eligible for flight miles, FLY ON points nor other frequent flier points. The travel companion will accrue 75% of the miles flown.
  • Tickets for traveling companions must be booked, purchased and checked-in at the same time with the JMB Member.
  • Check-in is necessary at the airport as Touch & Go is not available for this fare type.
