Important Notice Regarding Purchasing Online

Convenience store payment is a service which allows you to make cash payment for flight tickets. Make cash payment at a convenience store located near you, please pick up your boarding pass at the airport ticket counter or just Touch & Go boarding.

*Payment limited is up to 300,000yen due to store regulations.

LAWSON, Seven-Eleven, Circle K Sunkus and MINISTOP nationwide, and FamilyMart with multimedia terminal.

How to use the service
  • 1. Make a domestic flight reservation via JAL Domestic Reservations or JAL Online Booking Service
  • 2. Operate the multimedia terminal at a convenience store
  • 3. Make cash payment at the store counter
Gift purchases by credit card Ideal way to arrange tickets for families and friends who are miles away! Wonderful gift for parents or that special someone!

If you have enrolled online for JAL Mileage Bank and you wish to make a payment through the multimedia terminal as a JMB member, please use the terminal after you receive your JMB card.

1. Reservation

[JMB Members]

When booking by phone, please inform our operator of your JAL Mileage Bank membership number. From JAL Online Booking Service through our website (www.jal.co.jp),
please login your membership number before booking.

[Non-JMB Members]

Book by phone or through our website (www.jal.co.jp). Please note the flight number, date of travel, and the reservation number.

2. Make cash payment at a convenience store.

Please complete the payment after confirming that the information and the booking details in the multimedia terminal at the convenience store are correct.

  • * At Seven-Eleven stores, please keep the payment form printed out by the Multi Copy Machine. (Non-JMB Members are required to show the payment form to receive the boarding pass).
3. Go to the airport

Hold your IC card or two-dimensional barcode over the barcode reader at the security checkpoint and the departure gate.

Please present your JMB Card or JALCARD to collect your boarding pass at the airport ticket counter.

Please show the Order Number on the Flyer's Guide at the ticket counter to collect your boarding pass.

  • * Please complete the payment by cash at the cashier after confirming that the information and booking details are correct.
Method of Boarding Please pick up your boarding pass at the airport ticket counter or just Touch & Go boarding.
Receipt Collection The receipt given upon payment at a convenience store is an official receipt for the ticket.
If, however, a receipt issued by JAL is required, please make the request at the airport ticket counter.
Change/Cancellation of Reservations Contact JAL Domestic Reservations (7:00 - 20:00)
Ticket Refund
  • 1. JMB Members (who entered their membership number when purchasing)
    Refund will be paid into the JMB Member’s bank account. If there is a need for the refund to be paid into another persons bank account, please inform our operators.
  • 2.Non-JMB Members
    Refund will be paid into the passenger’s bank account. If there is a need for the refund to be paid into another persons bank account, the Order Number is required.
  • * The Bank transfer handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • * Not applicable for the Postal Saving account transfer.
The passenger must apply for refund within the ticket’s effective refundable period.

Payment Deadline Until the day of travel. (Or until the purchase deadline, if deadline is specified by the fare type.)

  • The service may not be available depending on the contents of the reservation, such as the number of passengers, routes, fare type, the number of characters of passengers' name, etc., and the time of multimedia terminal operation.
  • Please complete the payment within 30 minutes from printing out of the payment form; otherwise the payment form will no longer be valid.
  • When the multimedia terminal operation process is not completed or interrupted, the terminal will not accept the operation for the Same itinerary for the next 10 minutes (30 minutes for Seven-Eleven).
  • If JALCARD, JMB card, or the Order Number cannot be presented on the day of travel, the boarding pass cannot be collected. In such a case, passenger will be required to purchase a new ticket at the airport.
