Important Notice Regarding Purchasing Online
An e-ticket is a way to electronically store and manage all your ticket information from ticket issuance through boarding.
With JAL's e-tickets, paper tickets are a thing of the past.
JAL now uses e-ticketing for all flights, whether purchased online, from JAL Domestic Reservations by telephone, at a JAL
Group domestic ticket counter or even through a travel agent or convenience store.
With an e-ticket, passengers use an e-ticket itinerary/receipt that contains passenger, flight and ticket information.
The e-ticket itinerary/receipt is provided by JAL Group domestic ticket counters and travel agents, and can also be printed from the JAL Website.
As it includes important information for confirming ticket rights, the e-ticket itinerary/receipt is required when boarding, changing a reservation and applying for a refund. Keep it safe until you have completed your trip.

Make your seat assignment in advance, then take your IC JMB card, IC JALCARD or e-ticket itinerary/receipt for easy Touch & Go boarding. Proceed directly to the security checkpoint and departure gate* without stopping by the check-in counter. Please note that e-tickets cannot be used for Touch & Go in certain situations. - *Be sure to pass through the security checkpoint by 15 minutes before departure and to arrive at the departure gate by 10 minutes before departure. Boarding cannot be guaranteed for passengers later than these times.
E-ticket itinerary/receipts can be downloaded from the JAL Website any number of times.
This is convenient if you should lose your e-ticket itinerary/receipt.
