Ticket Booking and Sale Commencement Time and Date
Tickets available at: JAL Group ticket counters, designated travel agency counters
Telephone booking: JAL domestic reservations and information
JAL Online Booking Service: www.jal.co.jp

Reservation starts at 9:30 a.m. the same calendar date, 2 months prior to the flight

● If no same calendar date (for example 29th, 30th or 31st) exists 2 months prior to the departure date, the last day of the prior 2 months will be the ticket reservation and sale commencement date.

  • - Exceptions apply for some fare types, such as SAKITOKU Advanced Purchase Fare, Super SAKITOKU Advanced Purchase Fare, Transit Fare 28.
  • - When making reservations by telephone and you already have a purchased ticket, Please inform the operator the order number or reference number.
  • - To reserve a discount fare over the phone, please mention that you would like to get a discount fare.
  • - When you need to confirm or change the travel itinerary, please quote [flight number] [dates] [passenger name] [reservation number].

Ticket purchasing deadline
Once the reservation is made, please purchase the ticket within 3 days, including the date of the booking.
Please note that reservations will be cancelled without prior notice if payment is not made by the purchase deadline.
