- Please request for an official receipt whenever purchasing a ticket through the website, by telephone or from any JAL Group city and airport ticket counters.
- * Please be reminded that receipts can be issued up to one year after the ticket is issued, at most. Also, receipts may not be issued for certain methods of payment, or if days are required for issuing receipts after your trip.
Please issue your recipts on the day you purchase your ticket or at the airport on the date of departure.
- When purchasing your ticket from a travel agency, please ask them directly for your official receipt. It is not possible for JAL to issue receipts for tickets issued by a third party.
- Receipts can only be issued once.

Additional Information for Collecting Receipts
- Receipts cannot be reissued.
- Separate receipts can be issued at the ticket counter where you originally purchased your tickets. Separate receipts will only be provided in exchange for the original receipt.
