Changing to JAL group flights

Please confirm the type of your ticket

■ Passengers traveling on Individual Fares: Please check JAL Domestic Reservations and Information or JAL Group Domestic Ticket Counters (City/Airport) for further details.
■ Passengers traveling on JMB award tickets: Please check JAL Domestic Reservations and Information for further details.
■ Passengers traveling on Tour Fares: If you have booked a package tour, inquiries should be made with your booking travel agent.

Changing to another carrier flights

Please contact JAL Domestic Reservations and Information.

For Round-Trip Fare, if your reserved flight is delayed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or aircraft maintenance, please be informed that Round-Trip Fare is ONLY applicable for JAL group flights except during blackout periods.

To book flights on other airlines*, please contact that airline yourself.

* Only applicable to carriers which holds interline transportations agreement (ANA) with JAL.

Please contact JAL ticket counter at the airport on the day of departure.
We will endorse your ticket to the airline concerned prior to your new departure.
After you recieve your ticket, please complete the boarding procedure at the airline's ticketing counter which you will be going on board.

Reservation change accepted only for JAL group flights.
If you are to change to other public transportation, please refund your ticket.

Changing to other public transportation

If you are to change to other public transportation, you will receive a full refund of the cancelled or delayed portion.

Please cancel the reserved flight and refund your ticket.

For Refunds and cancellations

Please arrange the public ground transportation.

Please arrange the public ground transportation (including booking and purchasing the ticket) yourself.

Delays and Cancellations caused by aircraft maintenance: When transportaion by air is not available, transfer to other means of public ground transportation will be arranged at the airport counters. Reservations for other means of public ground transportation and settlement of expenses will be accomodated for at the airport counters.

JAL shall be liable for the fare difference of the air ticket and public ground transportation within the limit of company policy. However, JAL shall not be liable for any cost of transportation beyond the itinerary (from point of departure to point of arrival) covered by the initial Domestic Flights Conditions of Carriage.
JAL shall not be liable for the fare difference of the air ticket and public ground transportation when the delays and cancellations are due to adverse weather conditions.
