Reservation Cancellation

Cancellation should be made by JAL Domestic Reservations or online via JAL Domestic website.

If the original booking was made by a travel agency, cancellation should be made by the travel agency where the original booking was made (including package tour bookings).

Effective Refundable Period

Application for refund should be made during the period of validity of the ticket or within 10 days after the expiration date.

For non-flexible fares, refund application must be made within 10 days after the departure of a booked flight. For more information,

Fares that permit reservation changes One-Way Fare, Child Fare, Round-Trip Fare, JAL Business KIPPU, Care Giver’s Saver Fare, Discount for the Disabled, Special Transit Fare, RAC Round-Trip Fare, Shareholder’s Saver Fare. A ticket without a reservation is valid for a maximum of 90 days after the date of ticket purchase.
