Order Number is an 8 or 12 digit unique number issued with an e-ticket. The order number must be presented to receive your ticket.

• Check-in, change of reservation, ticket refund.
• Issue receipts.
• To refer your 'Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon Replacement'.

The digit of order number and where to find it

The digit of order number and where it is mentioned differs to the situation of usage.
* Alphabet included in the 8-digit order number is either 'A', 'B', 'K', 'S', or 'Y'.

Payment by credit card using Authentication by Security Code or Authentication Service

• 8-digit alphanumeric number
  The number will appear on your Purchase complete page.

Cash payment at JAL Group city and airport domestic ticket counters or travel agency

• 8-digit alphanumeric number
  Please confirm this number on your e-ticket itinerary/receipt.

Cash payment at convenience store

• 12-digit number
  Please confirm this number on your receipt from the convenience store.

JAL Group Airlines Domestic Award Tickets

• 8-digit alphanumeric number
  The number will appear on your Reservation complete page only when the JMB member is not traveling together, and the reservation is made online on JAL web site or JAL mobile site.
