Self Service Check-in and Ticketing Kiosk

The Self Service Check-in and Ticketing Kiosk lets you check in for flights, purchase tickets, print receipts, and more.

  • *Self Service Check-in and Ticketing Kiosks are not available in Rishiri, Okushiri, Matsumoto, Shizuoka, Komaki, Tajima, Oki, Amakusa, Tanegashima, Yakushima, Kikai, Tokunoshima, Okinoerabu, Yoron, Kitadaito, Minamidaito, Tarama, or Yonaguni Airports.

What you'll need

One of the following items:

  • JMB card or JALCARD *
  • The printout of 2D barcode (e-ticket itinerary/receipt)
  • Order Number/Confirmation Number (8- or 12-digit)
  • Mobile with JAL IC (NFC) function *
  • *If JMB membership number has been registered to booking in advance

Boarding passes for all passengers will be issued. Please check the numbers and collect.

  • * If all passengers "tap" the IC card (JMB card/JALCARD) or 2D barcode for check-in, boarding pass will not be issued. Please use the same IC card or 2D barcode to access the security checkpoint and boarding gate.

Press "Ticket Purchase," and follow the directions shown on the screen.

E-ticket itinerary/receipt will be issued after payment. Scan the barcode printed on your ticket over the reader at the security checkpoint and the boarding gate.

  • Ticket purchase must be done for all passengers and all flights in the same booking.

Receipt can be issued per passenger unit.
