Boeing 747-400 (International version)
JAL has more than 30 of this latest version of the highly successful Jumbo Jet
in its international fleet. Like the domestic version, the aircraft features a
two-man cockpit and the latest developments in aircraft operating systems. The
747-400 cruises at a higher altitude than earlier 747 models and the wing tips
are equipped with extra winglets to improve aerodynamic performance.
