under 15 years of age (not reached his/her 15th birthday) will not be accepted.
Please refer to the following rules.
- On day of departure of first air segment, when an unaccompanied minor has not reached his/her 15 th birthday

depending on respective JMB partner airlines rules or regulations of each country or area,
(in case unaccompanied travel is not permitted), JMB will not accept award travel arrangements.
- After completion of a reservation, in the event the passenger is known to be an unaccompanied
minor under 15 years of age, or even the passenger is aged 15 years or older, depending on the
respective JMB partner airlines rules or regulations of each country or area, in the event JMB partner airlines
define the passenger's age as an unaccompanied minor and such travel requires service charge or requires
JMB to send a notice, or submitting documents or arrangement for meeting service upon arrival,
JMB will only arrange cancellation of the reservation. And no other arrangements will be made at JMB.
- In the event award travel will be cancelled for the reasons stated above, provided the award ticket

However, at the time of mileage reinstatement arrangement, expired miles will not be reinstated.
For award travel already started (1st air segment flown) and when cancellation is due to above reason,
cancellation charge is not required, however, mileage will not be reinstated.
JMB is not responsible for all related cost, in the event JMB partner airlines or authorities deny unaccompanied travel.
