Earning JMB miles on HAC flights

HAC flights will be eligible for mileage accumulation on and after September 1, 2011. Eligible fares and accumulation rate will be advised in this page around end of June 2011.

[How to accumulate JMB mileage on HAC flights]
- When making reservations through the HAC website
 1, JMB member should join the HAC Members Club first and then register the JMB membership number in the HAC Member Information.
 2, JMB member should first login to the HAC website and then make reservations.

- Accumulating JMB mileage by telephone or at the airport
Please provide the JMB membership number to the HAC reservation center staff or HAC airport staff.

- Post-flight Credit
Please contact HAC Support Desk within 6 months after the flight.

Redeeming JMB miles on HAC flights

Effective from September 1, 2011 (onboard basis), Award tickets to use HAC flights will be changed to "Hokkaido Air System (HAC) Award Tickets".
Conditions of redeeming JMB miles on HAC flights vary depending on the date for application.

• * Once Award ticket application for one-way (1 flight sector) only is completed, it cannot be changed to a round-trip (2 flight sector) ticket at a later transaction.If you wish to change it to a round-trip (2 flight sector) ticket afterwards, the one-way Award ticket must be refunded upon payment of refund charge, and the new round-trip (2 flight sector) Award ticket must be newly applied.In case round-trip (2 flight sector) ticket is changed to one-way (1 flight sector) award tickets, the difference in the required mileage shall not be returned.
• * Awards issued for children and infants require the same mileage as those issued for adults.

Conditions of using JAL Coupons and JAL IC Coupons

JAL Coupons and JAL IC Coupons will no longer be available for purchases HAC tickets on and after September 1, 2011 (on board basis).

Services and benefts for JMB frequent flyers and JALCARD members

All services and benefits for JMB members who have acheived JMB FLY ON status, JAL Global Club members and JALCARD members when boarding HAC flights will no longer be available on and after September 1, 2011.

Conditions of applying promotions for JMB members

HAC flights on and after September 1, 2011 will not be eligible for promotions using JAL Group flights for JMB members.
