For example 3 round trips on Narita-Bangkok route, flying Business Class with upgrade award If you ware a FY2011 Crystal member and have 1 round trip worth of upgrade points use upgrade points for 1 round trip + mileage upgrade for 2 round trips (35,000 miles for each round trip)= required mileage is 70,000 miles When using this promotion mileage upgrade for 3 round trips (17,500 miles for each round trip) required mileage is 52,500 miles 17,500 miles discount with 3 round trips!

Note/Conditions of use

* The number of seats available for award travel may be limited, or may not be available.
* Award travel must be completed within the promotion period. If the outbound flight is not within the promotion period while the inbound flight is, this promotion can only be applicable for the inbound flight.
* Awards reserved by calling the JMB International Award Reservation Desk cannot be changed to awards using this promotion.
* This promotion is not applicable for Same Day Upgrade Awards at the airport.
* Members may be requested to send us a photo copy of his/her ticket by FAX if the award application is made by telephone and the fare of the ticket cannot be confirmed.
* Changes to the traveler's name, the flight sector, the class of service, reversing the direction of travel, exchange of awards and open dated reservations will not permitted.
* "Mileage Reinstatement Service" for Unused Awards is applicable in case of cancellation of unused award tickets.
