During the promotion, we will offer 25 miles per one way when you use Tokyo Monorail with transportation IC card!

Information

To accumulate your mileage, proceeding registration for the promotion from this page is required after your first touching. Without registration, mileage accumulation will not be proceeded.
(The receipt issued after touching the terminal is required to enter the promotion. Please refer to the "How to register for the promotion" for details.)

Eligibility

JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) Japan Region members

  • * Members who used Tokyo Monorail for Hamamatsucho ⇔ Haneda Airport with transportation IC card.
    Train pass, paper ticket, child and other discount fares, etc. are not eligible.

Promotion details

During the promotion, we will offer 25 miles per ride when you use eligible Tokyo Monorail routes and touch promotion terminals installed outside the ticket wicket of eligible stations with transportation IC cards which keep the record of eligible train rides.
You will need to touch at the destination station for each ride as soon as you go out the ticket wicket. You will need to register for the promotion.

Sections eligible for the promotion

"Monorail Hamamatsucho Station"⇔"Haneda Airport International Terminal Station", "Haneda Airport Terminal 1 Station" and "Haneda Airport Terminal 2 Station" will be eligible.

  • * Rides between airport stations (Ex: "Haneda Airport International Terminal Station"-"Haneda Airport Terminal 1 Station") are not eligible.
  • * Rides between airport stations and stations other than "Monorail Hamamatsucho Station" (Ex: "Tennozu Isle Station"-"Haneda Airport International Terminal Station") are not eligible.

Eligible transportation IC cards

You can use Tokyo Monorail with transportation IC cards across the country including Suica and PASMO.

How to register for the promotion

Let's take Monorail and accumulate mileage! We will offer 25 miles per one way without exception.
You will only need to register for the promotion on JAL's website once.
  1. After you get off Tokyo Monorail, please touch the promotion exclusive terminal installed outside the ticket wicket of "Monorail Hamamatsucho Station", "Haneda Airport International Terminal Station", "Haneda Airport Terminal 1 Station" or "Haneda Airport Terminal 2 Station" with transportation IC cards which keep the record of eligible train rides.
  2. Mileage offer screen will be displayed.
  3. Receipt will come out from the promotion terminal which indicates promotion registration number.
  4. Please have your receipt as mentioned in "3" ready and register for the promotion from the promotion page on JAL's website ("Register for the promotion" button )
  • * From the second time, you can accumulate mileage by touching the promotion exclusive terminal only.
    From 9:00 August 12, 2013 (Mon), you can choose the receipt issuance or no receipt issuance from the time of your second IC card touching onward.
    If you need a receipt, please touch the "Hakken suru" button and take the receipt with you.
  • * The promotion registration number is the 8 digit number starting from 7.
  • * Promotion registration period will be until April 15, 2014 (Tues).

Note

  • Rides from the month when promotion registration is completed will be eligible for mileage accumulation.
    However, rides for which you did not touch the promotion exclusive terminal will not be eligible for mileage accumulation.
    Please register for the promotion as soon as possible after you touch for the first time.
  • If there is participation registration under multiple JMB numbers with one transportation IC card, promotion registration will be invalid.
  • Receipts are to vouch for mileage accumulation. From 9:00 August 12, 2013 (Mon), please choose "issue" or "not issue" the receipt at your own decision after your second touching onward. To avoid any trouble of mileage accumulation, please take the issued receipt with you.
  • One person can register only one transportation IC card.
  • Mileage cannot be accumulated if the touch is incomplete.
  • Upon riding the eligible section, please touch the promotion exclusive terminal immediately.
    If the touch is not immediately after going out the ticket wicket, mileage may not be added depending on your transportation IC card usage situation.
  • Only 25 miles will be added per touch. If you ride multiple times, you will need to touch the promotion exclusive terminal once for each ride.
  • You cannot accumulate mileage for multiple rides with one touch even if within the same day.

Mileage accumulation

Mileage will be added at the end of the following month after the use date.
Post-flight credit request cannot be accepted.

FAQ

  • Q. What should I do if I want to change the transportation IC card for promotion use after promotion registration?
  • A. Please re-register from the "Register for the promotion" button at the bottom of this page.
    Please enter the required items (promotion registration number, name in Roman letters, date of birth) and click the Send button to complete the change procedure.
    Following the change, the promotion registration with your old card will be invalid.
    * For the month when the change was made, both the old card and the new card will be eligible for the promotion.
  • Q. Will I be eligible if I ride using a train pass and a ticket?
    (Ex: Ride "Monorail Hamamatsucho"→"Haneda Airport International Terminal" with a ticket, but use a train pass for "Monorail Hamamatsucho"⇔"Tennozu Isle")
  • A. You will not be eligible for the promotion if you use a train pass.
