※Reservation change is not permitted after Upgrade application is completed.
※Reservation change to open dated reservation is not permitted.
※This promotion cannot be applied toward already issued upgrade awards.
※The required mileage for this promotion is not applicable for the Same Day Upgrade application at the airport.
※Mileage may be reinstated for unused award before the commencement of travel with a reinstatement fee.

Upgrade award requests must be completed By 12:00 noon Pacific Time(*3) the day prior to departure. If the day prior to departure is a Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. Holiday, the deadline will be the preceding weekday.

The following conditions will apply for upgrade award requests via our website.

※Tickets must be purchased directly from JAL in order to request upgrade awards via website.
※Upgrade requests must be completed by 23:59. (Pacific Time) two days prior to the date of departure
※Tickets must be issued with Y/W/B/H/K class for both the outbound and the inbound flights.
※Member from whom the mileage is deducted and traveling companions should be booked in the same reservation record.
