Telephone applications:
Until 12:00 noon (Pacific time) the day prior to flight departure. If the deadline is a Saturday, Sunday, or USA Holiday, the deadline will be the previous weekday

• * If the outbound flight is within the promotional period but inbound is not, only the outbound portion will be applicable to this promotion.
• * Awards cannot be used during the blackout dates. At other times the number of seats available for award travel may be limited or many not be available.
• * All flights must be boarded within the promotion period.
• * Regular upgrade awards which have been previously issued cannot be exchanged for this promotional rate.
• * This promotion is not applicable for Same Day Upgrade Application at the airport.
• * A copy of the ticket or ticket number required to verify the ticketing information at the time an award request is made.
  This promotional upgrade award is valid toward the originally purchased ticket at the time of mileage deduction.

• * Changes to open dated award is not permitted.
• * Cancellation or refund is only possible before commencement of travel.
